Chicken Wrap with Arla Unsalted Butter

  • 2 tbsps. Of Arla unsalted butter
  • 8 small whole wheat flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsps. Of plain yoghurts
  • 1 cup of Milk
  • 3 tbsps. Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 450g boneless skinless chicken, cut into thin strips
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 2 cups of lettuce, shredded


  1. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 180 °C
  2. Wrap tortillas in a large foil package and warm in oven for 5 to 10 min
  3. Whisk together yoghurt, milk, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in bowl
  4. In a large nonstick pan, melt butter over medium-high heat; fry chicken and garlic until chicken gets brown
  5. Add red bell pepper and fry for about 2 min
  6. Mix milk mixture and stir into pan. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring until thickened and chicken is no longer pink inside
  7. Spoon filling into the Centre of each tortilla and top with shredded lettuce. Fold up bottom of tortilla, then fold in sides to enclose filling
