Cucumber Sandwich

with smoked ham and Arla Cream Cheese


Ingredients

Serves 1
¼ cucumber
4 tbsp Arla cream cheese
50 g smoked ham
20 g baby salad
10 g cress
Black pepper (Radish for garnish/the platter)

Preparation

  • Slice the cucumbers on the long side and dry them on a towel
  • Spread some Cream Cheese on the cucumber slices
  • Top with the ham, salad and cress on top
  • Season with black pepper

Tip: Add radish on the side
